The company has horrible customer service. After being on-hold for eight minutes I had to speak to very angree customer service representitive.

She simply screamed at me. I didn't have any of my question answered because she wanted me to go to their website and find all the information there. I have big problem getting the refund for the the product I've never ordered. Additionaly, I have to pay the restosking fee for the same product they charged me.

I hope to get my monye back eventually.

I will never order anything from this company and advise everybody not to have any business with TeaLifeLLC.

Monetary Loss: $84.
